グーグル、政府・自治体情報に特化した検索サービスを公開

米Googleは2006年6月15日、米国政府や自治体の情報が検索できるGoogle U.S. Government Searchを公開した。

Google U.S. Government Searchは米連邦政府や州政府、地方自治体のWebサイトに掲載されている情報を検索できるサービス。ホワイトハウス、国防総省、ワシントンポスト、Google Newsなどが配信する政府・自治体関連ニュースが表示される。
